Submitted a resume online. In a couple of weeks I was emailed with an invitation to apply. The invitation came with an online assessment. The assessment was focused on math in a business setting. The questions were similar to what you would see on the math section of the SAT. A calculator was permitted. After a couple more weeks I got an email inviting me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly a business case. There was no calculator permitted so be prepared with paper and pencil. The phone interview lasted about an hour and the last few minutes were some simple behavioral questions.
