-brush up on your probability math puzzles
-phone screening, online personality assessment, online numerical assessment, phone case, onsite with multiple cases
-"manager", no direct reports, no office, no ownership. you will be analytical support to a few projects at any given time. you wont be managing the initiatives
-former consultants in the group with attitude, & arrogance, in the club or not
-people there seemed like they drank kool-aid
-"unlimited vacation", i.e. company does not have to pay you out if you quit or of they fire you

case a) providing loans across different credit score groups (a, b, c) with probabilities of default, how much do you need to charge b's to earn return

case b) land purchase a or b to build a store. there is a bridge to be built, but only one bridge either a or b. you are provided with revenue from a store, costs of land a and land b, probabilities of bridge being built, cost of building a store. Asked a series of questions using probability of what would you choose if you knew __ before the bridge was built, after built what would you do... Dont say sell the land because selling the land is not an option

case c) variant of the hiring problem and interpreting graphs of trying to maximize payoff. you need to be able to derive the answer to the hiring problem either with probabilities, graphs, fractions... go beyond just knowing the answer
