They make you wait for hours to test your patience. Lots of "Just wait" psychological BS. I guess some executive hired a consultant tp tell them this made for a better sales consultant. If you have to leave, you may not get the job. Plan for a few hours of time to be wasted while they play the game.
Interview Questions
So many questions about the same stuff. Lots of canned questions from every department to use up the 4 hours of interview time to test your patience. They are all nice and polite.
